Creativity and Mozart`s music, in organisations

So why did I choose this theme? It all started with a question: "if change is a condition of existence for a business, where are the new ideas coming from?" Almost any type of product or technology can be copied in a few months, and for an organisation, it can be hard to gain an advantage in the competition. The solution is in the people, the most important resource in the creative process. Because we are unique, we people represent by our knowledge, personalities and originality, the key to success! Summarizing this study takes into account first and foremost that whatever the results of the research, it will not be detrimental to sprinkle a little creativity routine in a working day in the office. Although there are dangers and freedoms that can determine creativity to ruin a business because of its very hard tempered spirit, it does not block the enthusiasm of those in the area for the unpredictable and independence in thought, as long as it takes place in a structured environment.
I tried to study the extent to which impact of the effect of Mozart and cerebral hemispheres expands on creativity, a different process than intelligence. The variables in this type of research were used in different sectors of the brain (cortical sistem left or right, limbic sistem left or right), the presence or absence of the music of Wolfgang Amadeus Mozart (Sonata K448 for two pianos and condition of silence), the type of task the employees are imagineing (creative or routine). The results say that employees have used both hemispheres of the brain to perform (mentally) creative type tasks. Moreover, we can predict that in the future, employees who will use the entire capacity of the brain (with both hemispheres) will obtain good results in the company where they work in creativity. This is imperative for a company that wants to capture the attention of customers.

The effects of Mozart's music was not achieved in significant results on our employees, but the limit is so weak that pointed out the possible existence of this effect! After analyzing the results for Mozart, we concluded that the most commonly used aspects as regards attitudes of creativity are: Energy, New Orientation, Nonconformity, Independence, Risk, Diversity of interests and spiritual values. These aspects have obtained the highest average for the employees who have listened to Mozart's music during the completion of the questionnaire of creative Attitudes. In conclusion, we wish to draw attention to this area which has been neglected for a long period of time in Romania and to inspire as many similar studies in order to develop the area. Creativity is an area of research which continues to need more studies to be able to give plausible answers in certain aspects.
